Isonzo Karst: Nice walk out today to this.
I was expecting the little lock and lock to be wet, but it was okay.
However, the tree was starting to eat it, and had distorted the shape of the container. Took some leverage to extract it.
Spent some time here, stretched out in the shade, enjoying the secluded place.

Geocache Description:

Small cache in crotch of many trunked oak; sister, in a way, to M&M's Being Antisocial. About 3.5 miles out, more or less, depending on where you start.

I didn't do any heavy bushwhacking to get here, and you don't need to either.

I was curious about the pond my gps map was showing, left the track and circled into this spot. Liked the feel of the place, left cache. Real quiet - until a train comes by, then you'd better not be trying to hear yourself think.

This is the Upper Hillsborough WMA, hunting here. Rec users can access the property during hunts, but you might not want to. For hunt dates, see www.myfwc.com --> hunting --> Upper Hillsborough.
