Another historic cemetery cache; in a seldomly visited graveyard in eastern Guysborouh County.
By 1828, a few Methodist missionaries started travelling through Eastern Guysborough County. The village of Guysborough saw a church erected in that year; and a cemetery; therefore shortly afterwards was necessary. The current, Wesley United, was built in 1859 as just 30 yrs after the first church was erected, the congregation grew to over 300. This cemetery was used for about 100 years.
