This cache is placed to aide a friend in their streak to 150 (now achieved). It is placed based around the other mega interest for me of football, but as a celebration of the grass roots level really as opposed to overpaid, under used PL players ;-)
Lloyd Park is a lovely park in South Croydon. There is free parking available for several hours on display of a ticket. The roads around offer free parking too but mostly in bays provided. There is a playground for children and an open air gym. A pond is slowly being reclaimed by the wardens but mainly it is used for football on Saturdays and Sundays and dog walking.
Having reached a personal milestone of 1000 finds I now feel it is time to give something back by placing my own hides. As this is a place of fun and easy to get to for me and slightly under used by the local caching community I decided to place a few more none adrenaline caches. In particular this one remains in friendship to Roseysaurus and the fun their first finds entailed.
Working out what to do should become clear.
Be aware that cars and trams are nearby so keep an eye on small children. There is some open water in the park too although a fair distance from this cache. Be stealthy in your search and please endeavour to replace exactly as found.
