Geocache Description:

The Daniel Bowman Mill was one of many destroyed during the Civil War. Parking is nearby and, while in the area, take time to visit the Silver Lake Mill. In the area you may see geese, ducks, swan, and sometimes many fishermen. Stealth may be required during fishing season and the Dayton Days festival (first Saturday in October).

At the coordinates you will learn the history of the Daniel Bowman Mill, one of many area mills destroyed during the Civil War. To find the cache you have to learn how many mills in Rockingham County were destroyed - record this number as AB. Plot your course to the cache by using what you learned and entering the following coordinates:

The cache is a log-only bison tube. BYOP. Stealth may be required at times.
