Attention:

This cache is only acessable when the water is low.  Low enough to be able to see and walk out on the slate rocks the river usually hides.  Because that is where this cache is.

When you find the right time to be able to achieve this cache, you'll have to walk out on one of the slate rocks that jut into the river.  This rock will have a small sturdy shrub.  I have attached the cach here.  Sure,  it may only be a micro, but what a neat journey and place to cache and relax. This one is worth the smiley.
