The geocache is hidden in one of Fargo's city parks. I hid the geocache on higher ground than the last one that was here. It is winter friendly now and can be searched for in the winter if you don't mind walking through the snow. The gates get closed in the winter but you can walk in even when the gates are closed.
If your GPS signal bounces around too much you can start searching near where you may have parked your car at the closest parking spot to ground zero. There is a sign post that gives a lot of instructions, such as what to do with your pets. The terrain rating was based on the original hiding place, which was on an unpaved surface, and the all season access to the geocache.
