| Fare Zone 5 |
This is the second in a series of caches in Fare Zone 5 along a certain railroad line familiar to many of us. Riding north from Grand Central Terminal, the stations in Fare Zone 5 are:
- Valhalla
- Mount Pleasant (limited service)
- Hawthorne
- Pleasantville
- Chappaqua
General things you should know about these caches: None of the caches in this series are located on the railroad stations proper and they all can be found in easily accessible locations within a short walk from the stations. Additionally, most stations are very active during weekday morning and evening rush hours, so beware of muggles if you decide to search during those times. Parking near the cache locations should not be a problem, but please note that nearly all station parking areas require a permit for most of the spaces on weekdays, so please carefully read the signs at each station or else you might be ticketed.
Station-specific notes for this cache: You are looking for a magnetic container that contains a log only, so BYOP. Also, make sure you have a writing utensil that works on waterproof paper. The cache is not located on cemetery property, but if you wish, you may park there while you search.
