Just an easy cache to draw folks toward this developing area of Cape Town's Waterfront. You are looking for a magnetic keysafe.
This area of the Waterfront has been named The Silo District. It is dominated by the old and the new -
The Grain Silo.
This is a Heritage building currently undergoing renovation. The detains of the future use of this building have been hard to come by.
The New - No. 1 Silo and No. 2 Silo.
These are high-tech buildings No. 1 being an office complex and No. 2 an apartment complex. There will also be retail and leisure facilities within the complexes.
Both buildings have been awarded star ratings from the Green Building Council for South Africa. These awards have been for their many sustainable features including sea water cooling systems; a high performance facade that controls thermal performance and computer controlled monitoring of energy and water consumption.
