Classic Lanes is located at 1422 North Willis Drive, in Bloomington, Indiana. There is a spacious parking lot out front to accomodate anyone who wants to attend. This is a handiap accessible event. Shenanigans will begin at 2pm. We may bring snacks to share, but the venue asks us to purchase all drinks from them. They do have concessions available also if you choose.
This special event should be fun. With the Holidays here, I thought that I would make my Bloomington event cache hosting debut (I've hosted events, just not in Bloomington) by having a gift exchange. Attendees are not required to participate in the gift exchange, but those who do bring a wrapped geocaching-related gift will also go home with a randomly chosen gift from the table of those that were brought. To add to then fun, I am donating a large ammo box to give away in a drawing. To get your name in the basket for the drawing, you must bowl a "strike," and comfirm it with the person in charge of adding names to the drawing. If you do not allow the record keeper to see your strike on the board, you will miss your name being put in for the drawing. Depending on the number of strikes you get, you could have your name entered more than once. Srrikes obtained using the bumper guards will not be valid for the drawing, but use of the handicap ramp will be permitted, if you have a legitimate need for it, such as an injury or handicap. Let's have some fun and celebrate the Holidays, Geocaching-style! (Note, ypu are not required to bowl or bring a wrapped gift to log a smiley for this event. You only need to sign the attendance log.)
