Geocache Description:

Small rubbermaid container, bring your own pen

When one of the Oggettes had an interview at the Thayer School of Engineering, I was looking for something to do while waiting and found this really old cemetery. It has lots of big names from Dartmouth, and other interesting persons. I had a great time walking around and seeing all who were resting here.

Of course I felt there should be a geocache here so more people would know about this fascinating part of Hanover history. Today I finally got around to hiding one. It's a small container and I couldn't find a pencil to fit in, so bring your own pen.It has a few small trading items. You do not need to go down the slope, the cache is at the level part of the grounds. It is not winter friendly.

We did talk to Hanover town hall and got permission from the person in charge of cemetery maintenance.

Please be respectful to the cemetery and those whom rest here.
