First off - WOW - love this new format for submitting a new cache. Now I can put away all those scraps of paper with HTML code hints!
Anyway - here's the scoop on this new cache. Now this area is a nicely renovated and landscaped parking area adjacent to the bike ramps to go up on the I-370 bridge (if you REALLY like taking your life in your hands!). Should be an easy park and grab.
Coordinates were taken numerous times and averaged - got some variables on the North last digit. But geosense should get you right there.
PS - do not attempt to access this cache directly from the Interstate - you must use the next exit to the East, then turn North, then figure it out from there...
