This is the first cache we have set and we hope that it will be an enjoyable one. To reach the cache location will involve about 90 minutes on-road driving from Jeddah with 15 minutes off-road driving and an easy five minute climb. I have included co-ordinates for the cache, the parking area and the point at which we ventured off-road. Please check this link for driving directions (for the paved part) from Jeddah http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?saddr=jeddah&daddr=N22+3.609+E39+28.576&hl=en&ll=21.834731,39.325562&spn=1.044021,2.113495&sll=21.855126,39.767761&sspn=1.043872,2.113495&geocode=FaW5SAEdqrpVAilZfhOxH9DDFTHbGLE3l1dZ4A%3BFXacUAEdK1xaAg&gl=uk&mra=ls&t=m&z=10 .
There are numerous 'mountains' and rocky formations to explore. Check parking co-ordinates to find the one we chose. The cache itself is not hidden at the summit, but rather within some rocks in a cave within a cave behind a 'broken-egg shaped' rock part way up the mountain. I hope the co-ordinates are correct since the cache is located in a cave-like area. I hope to attach plenty of photos as spoilers if you want more details.
The cache is a foil-covered plastic container within some rocks at the right hand side of the cave. The contents are a log book, pen, lucky leprechaun pin, green 'sea monkeys' and our travel bug - Paddy.
