Healthy Choices Kentucky is excited to offer this new Geo-Trail to bring people to discover the rich history of Ashland, Kentucky. The caches are all family friendly, not difficult to find and are designed to be easily accessible. This historic log cabin is Ashland's oldest house. It belonged to the Poage Family, Ashland's earliest settlers. In fact, the city was known as Poage's Landing until 1854. The cabin was located on Sixth Street before being moved to Central Park. It's also the "home" of Santa Claus every Christmas season.
