This is the final cache in The Navigator series. In order to find it, you must first find the rest of the caches in the series.
Make a line from Celestial to Maritime and a line from Land to Air. Where the lines intersect, you will find this cache.
I've stocked the final with some pretty decent swag and, for the first to find, an unactivated Compass Rose geocoin.
