Shatin has a lot of steep and long slope for cyclist to challenge. Nine of them is the most steep and long slope, we call them Shatin 9 slope.
Most of these GZ have no public transport. You will have to drive or work your way up there. However, I really hope that you can ride a bike and reach the GZ like me!
Kwun Ping Road maybe the steepest road you can find which bike can use in Hong Kong. The average steepness is higher than 1:2.
The road was built by local village, however because it was so steep, HK Government block the road entry, only biker and hiker use this road now.
