The street is only accessible by foot as it is composed entirely of stone steps. The cache was placed nearby an agecent street known as Cat Street (Upper Lascar Row). Along the Cat Street you're able to find historic chinese coins, chinese snuff bottles, jade bracelets, Mao memorabilia and posters from the cultural revolution in various chinese stalls. Some great bargins can be found!
NOTE: Due to high Muggle traffic, this cache is best to do and so to be kept secret in early morning or later afternoon.
