The land just a couple feet to the north of the cache belonged to my paternal grandparents who farmed it from the the 1930s until they both passed away, but the land is still in the family, owned now by a cousin. The field is big, bordered by Highway 29 on the east, Florence Street on the south, North Sunset Avenue on the west, and Otter Tail County Road 6 on the north.
