During June of 1988, filming of the show’s 25th Anniversary Episode ‘Silver Nemesis’ took place. The Castle was used as a stand-in for Windsor, & the magnificent 18th Century Hiorne Tower. Much of Arundel Park & the town itself was used as a backdrop for the 4-way race between the Doctor & Ace with Cybermen, Nazis & the crazy Lady Peinfort.
This is a Puzzle in two parts: Time & Space.
The Timey-Wimey Part requires a bit of research into History as follows:

You could re-park to get a bit nearer to the Cache - but it can also be reached on foot. There is no parking immediately adjacent. You are looking for a medium-sized clip-lock box that contains appropriately-themed trinkets. Please help yourself!
