Everyone knows about the common pickle, that vegetable preserved in vinegar that is often served on hamburgers .But did you know that a bind, a jam , a difficult situation, a dilemma, a quandary, a predicament, hot water or a pickle are all different words for the same thing. A light finish on furniture achieved by bleaching and wiping is called a pickle. In Baseball a rundown is known as a pickle. Bet you didn’t know that in Scotland a small quantity is called a pickle. In Geocaching a Pickle can also be a cacher who likes local craft beer, trolls and obsolete Olympic events. Well enough rambling, Carlthepicle gave us a well stocked container that we hid in a seldom visited area of Kit Carson Park.
