Geocache Description:

Great park lots to look at, the parking however is not so good, but if you start at the South end of the park there is some parking across the street at the corner of McClellan St. and MT. Baker Blvd. Once you start down the concret path, there is a playground to the East, then the tennis court, then the bathroom (closed for winter season) on the West side of concrete path. Continue down and on the east side you see the beginning of the stream, might be smart to be on the East side of stream. There are a couple of beautiful bamboo clumps, I do love bamboo. If you keep following the path you see a pretty little stream with small ponds. Eventually at the end of the path is a bench and water fountain and on a really warm day you can cross Lake Washington Blvd and go swimming. Gift card for food at Spud Fish and Chips in Alki for FTF
