The cache is a true Park and Grab. You can actually drive up to the cache and retrieve it all without leaving your car. Since the street is a one way street, even the driver can retrieve the cache. When you pull up to the cache, pull up so the window from which the persons retrieving it from is about 6 feet from the utility pole. Then open the window and reach out. The cache is on the cable about 2 and a half feet above the ground attached on a twisted wire on the cable. Do not try to remove the cache. Remember just unscrew the bottom then screw it back up.
