Northern Lights Reconstructed Traditional Cache

First there was Northern Lights, then Northern Lights Rehatched ... and now that the parking lot has been overhauled and resurfaced ... you guessed it, we present Northern Lights Reconstructed!  This cache is going to require a LOT of stealth, so hunt it wisely please -- you'll have to time your visit carefully and maybe use your geomobile to provide a little cover from the watchful eyes of the muggles!

The terrain on this one shouldn't be a problem for most -- the largest challenge is going to be locating the cache container and then making the grab/retrieval/signing the log/replacing the cache without being seen!  If there are lots of muggles present, it might be best to hold off until it's not quite as busy!
