This location is the gateway of railway port city of Kobe.

Shin-Kobe station is the gateway of Kobe by Shinkansen. From this location, please start the journey of your Kobe. The cache is placed under the footbridge. One could travel bug and Jiokoin is put in one. There is little higher position cache.
