Geocache Description:

The robbery of the Ottoman exchequer was made by Dimitar Obshti, against the recommendations of Vasil Levski. The result was, that all the looters were easily caught and, in the attempts to make themselves fighters for freedom and not just bandits, they told authorities about the whole revolutionary network. This cursed the Bulgarian national revolt (1876).

Dear grandson,
I write this to you, following the instructions of my grandfather, who was a private soldier in the army of great sultan Abdul Azis. Listen to his memories:
"We were part of the escort, convoying the tax collectors in the areas north and west of the Balkan mountain. On 22.09.1872 we were suddently attacked by Bulgarian rebels. The ambush was well planned by numerous gunners. Fortunatelly, all of us managed to escape in Orhanie (currently Botevgrad).

The rebels took only 1250 turkish lira, it was a small amount for the revolution they had planned. Even more - soon we captured all the looters and our investigation discovered a whole network among Bulgarians for the revolution coming.
Soon we made ambush for capturing their leader - Jingibi.

But when the guns fired, in the initial panic, I hid a box with jewelry (only I knew about it). Afterwards, the rebels nothing witnessed, and the owner (grand vizir) soon was arrested in the political changes and forgot about it.

But, when the waves go down, go there, and find it. Use the coordinates, and the hint below."

So, I did not manage to do that for whole my life. But - you could try, couldn't you?
