Station Baexem-Heythuysen is het voormalige spoorwegstation van Baexem en Heythuysen in de vroegere gemeente Heythuysen. Het station lag aan de spoorlijn tussen de stations Weert en Roermond, de zogenaamde IJzeren Rijn. Het stationsgebouw stamt uit 1879, en werd geopend op 20 juli 1879 en is op 15 mei 1938 gesloten. Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog konden reizigers er weer gebruik van maken, totdat het in 1944 door Duitse troepen werd opgeblazen.
Dit woonhuis staat er nog steeds, de restanten van het oude stationnetje van Baexem- Heythuysen zijn verbouwd (bijna onherkenbaar) tot woonhuis. Wanneer men goed kijkt zijn de contouren van de oude perrongevel nog te zien.
In 2005 opperde een groep bewoners van Baexem en Heythuysen het idee om het station weer te openen. Toen in september 2006 de plannen bekend werden gemaakt voor de verbreding van de N280 met een rondweg rond Baexem, ontstond protest bij de bewoners. Zij willen liever een station waar ieder uur een stoptrein stopt, op dit moment is men weer in overleg om in Baexem en Haelen een station te realiseren.

Station Baexem-Heythuysen is the former railway station that served the towns of Baexem and Heythuysen in the former municipality Heythuysen. The station was situated on the railway line between the stations Weert and Roermond, called the Iron Rhine. The station building was built in 1879, and was opened on 20 July 1879 and was on closed 15 May 1938. During World War II travelers could use the station again, until it was blown up by German troops in 1944.
This House that still stands is the remnant of the old train station of Baexem-Heythuysen. It was rebuild (almost unrecognizable) into a residential home. If you look closely, the contours of the old platform façade can still be seen. In 2005 a group of residents of Baexem suggested the idea to reopen the station. When the plans were announced in september 2006 for widening the N280 with a bypass around Baexem, the residents started a protest. They preferred a station where a train stops every hour. Currently they are dtrying to realize a station in Baexem and Haelen.
