The Cache is not at the posted coordinates.
To find the cache you will need to solve the puzzle first. You will only be working with queens on this board. Queens can move diagonally, vertically and horizontally, and any number of spaces as illustrated in the picture.
One piece can “attack” another if it moves to the same tile that the other piece is on. For the puzzle you will need to place 8 queens on the board so that they cannot attack each other. Once you have placed the 8 queens you will be able to find the final coordinates.
Some might say that there are multiple ways of doing this but you will need to find the correct placement for the coordinates to work out.

Please use stealth when searching for the cache, and watch out for the car guards. Parking is available close to the cache that can provide some cover. It is recommended to search during day time as the gates might be closed at night.
Once you have figured out where all the queens should go, use the number on the board that corresponds with the queen:
