Le Figaro de la rue Sussex Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

ouque-pique: Sadly I think the area has become way too busy and is no longer an appropriate spot for hiding a cache. The cache has had a good run, the time has come to archive it.

Geocache Description:

This cache is dedicated to my father who operated a barber shop in the old Castor Hotel building on Sussex Drive from 1923 to 1962.  Henri Laperrière was a well known journalist who wrote for the local French newspaper, Le Droit; one day, writing about my Dad, he nicknamed him “Le Figaro de la rue Sussex”.

English:

The cache is a micro (black bison), hidden in an old tree trunk, just above ground level.  It probably will not be very accessible during the winter. Because of its size, it contains only a log - best to bring your own pen, and make your signature VERY short!

Parking is available nearby, behind the shopping mall.
