The bridge is situated on the NP River which is a tributary of the Pine River. It is approximately 50 km long and its source is in the Mt Mee State Forest in the D'Aguilar Range. This bridge is famous in the area for both right and wrong reasons. Crossing the road can be a nightmare as it is on a hilly blind corner so PLEASE BE CAREFUL when you cross the road. This bridge is also prone to flash flooding. It is a great place to go for a swim or paddle. This is the first of what will be a series of caches on the major road bridges in the Pine River System. You won't have to leave the path. You are looking for a camouflaged eclipse mint tin. This is my first cache hidden so please let me know if there is anything that can be improved. The cache is located next to a path that is approximately 3.6 km long and it runs along the NP River and leads to the AJ Wyllie Bridge in Petrie. NOTE: If you DON'T sign the log then I will remove your log from this page.
Congratulations to Nyssaflutterby, egginthesky, keepingupwith, Angela & Dave and Laurenbeswick89 for their joint FTF on 25/11/13 at 12:30 p.m.
