I've driven by these set of stairs hundreds of times, finally stopped and walked down. Completely surprised to find a secret P-patch, a charming trail through the woods, frog pond, couple of small tunnels and finally Colman Park on the shores of Lake Washington where people have weddings, never seen one there, but it is a beautiful spot. Anyway that's the bottom, so back up to the top. It is the South set of stairs you want and you don't have to go down, if you don't want. There is a nice tree to the south at the top of the stairs with many crooks, you only need to take a couple of steps past the branches into the tree. Once found you can shake the log out, but will have to BYOP. I would suggest having enough time to take the whole trail, it's well worth it. There is another cache 1/2 way down GC2HJDE and at the bottom is GC1BG24. Have fun!!
