The cache is not at the listed coordinates, thought it's not very far from them.
I found that another cache could be sneaked into the FTF PT between numbers 26 and 27.
I thought it was just the spot for an easy puzzle cache, so here it is.
The cache is at the midpoint on the straight line between the GZs for FTF PT 26 (S32° 58.638 E137° 28.070) and FTF PT 27 (S32° 58.541 E137° 27.889) (give or take rounding error, GPSr error, finding a suitable hiding spot - all the usual fudge factors 
).
