Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.  You will need to solve the puzzle to obtain the actual coordinates for this cache.  This geocache is micro in size and only has room for the log and a small pencil provided.

If you seek Benchmarks as well then this is a 2-for-1 since there is a Benchmark in the same area as the geocache.

Shaka kaSenzangakhona (c. 1787 – c. 22 September 1828), also known as Shaka Zulu (Zulu: [ˈʃaːɠa]), was the most influential leader of the Zulu Kingdom.

He is widely credited with uniting many of the Northern Nguni people, specifically the Mtetwa Paramountcy and the Ndwandwe into the Zulu Kingdom, the beginnings of a nation that held sway over the portion of southern Africa between the Phongolo and Mzimkhulu Rivers, and his statesmanship and vigour marked him as one of the greatest Zulu kings. He has been called a military genius for his reforms and innovations, and condemned for the brutality of his reign. Other historians debate about Shaka's role as a uniter, versus an usurper of traditional Zulu ruling prerogatives, and the notion of the Zulu state as a unique construction, divorced from the localised culture and the previous systems built by his predecessor Dingiswayo. Research continues into the character and methods of the Zulu warrior king, whose reign still greatly influences South African culture.

What does all that have to do with this geocache?.....devil Absolutely nothing! All you need to do is solve this puzzle here and it will give you the coordinates. You don't even have to be a Zulu Warrior history buff to solve this puzzle. This is my first mystery puzzle cache! This puzzle I created has a little bit of influence from Jennifer&Dean's "Skeeter Haven Puzzles" but with my own little twist. I am going to rate this a 3 star difficulty but I welcome any feed back and will adjust accordingly to any consistant criticism to more or less difficulty ratings.

The geocache is for MysticusHiker in return for her placing the "Zip" cache for all the rest of us to log a "Z" in our A to Z geocache alphabet. Now she can do the same. yessmiley
