The City of White Plains has long been an attractive location for a wide variety of businesses. You can find a large number of current and former corporate headquarters in the area. Be sure to check out the Corporate Ca$hes, to tour some of the corporate parks along Westchester Avenue. The building pictured above was built in 1954 as the corporate headquarters for one of these large companies. It was converted to general business real estate space during the late 1990s as White Plains experienced a glut of available commercial space due to corporate downsizings and mergers, when city-wide vacancy rates soared over 30%.
The cache itself is placed just outside of this corporate park on North Street, with easy side-street parking, since the building parking lot is considered private and patrolled by security year round. BYOP. A log extraction tool is included, but be prepared in case the tool goes missing.
