The cache is not at the posted coordinates but is less than 1 mile away
A geo-friend recently told me that the posted coordinates have a special significance for him and his wife. I thought what better way to recognize this event than with a puzzle.
This location has changed ownership/names a few times since it first opened in 1978 as Park Tahoe. Find the name of the resort before it was sold in June 2005 for $45 million to Columbia Sussex and use this information as a clue to decrypt the following message:
