A series of 6 Geocaches within the Uldale / Dent plantation. There is a small car park on the approach to Uldale / Dent First Or Last via Nannycatch Road which is narrow with a few passing places.
This cache could include a wee diversion to the summit of Dent if you so choose or you could extend your walk down into Uldale Bottom to do our Lowther Park series too. Initially the cache contains the usual log book etc & some child friendly swaps.
This area is popular with walkers with & without dogs, fell runners, mountain bikers & horse riders. The series mostly follows a Forest track, it's only after this cache en route to A Bit Of A view & return to the car park that it can get muddy & uneven underfoot. The cache has been placed with the kind permission of the North West Forestry Commission.
