Welcome to Hartford, KS! Even though I don't live here, I have spent lots of time exploring because my mom grew up in town and my grandparents still live in the area. I have been visiting since long before I started caching, and realized that this little town has so many great landmarks but no caches to its name. Now is the time to remedy that problem. Whether it is checking out the local downtown, watching eagles on the Neosho River, or just passing through while hunting for other area caches, I hope that finding this cache gives you an excuse to notice some of the same Hartford-area treasures that I discovered myself.
Please use a reasonable amount of stealth to not alert passing muggles to the presence of the cache, and be sure to park on the side street and not on the main highway to avoid getting hit!
