This cache was in remembrance of the RNYC Thanksgiving bash 2013. Sorry to say the bash did not occur due to very bad weather and heavy rains. I went to survey the area the morning before arrival and found the ground to be very saturated and numerous thunder bolts coming down around me. The camping trip was canceled, but I wanted to place this cache anyway. I hope we get to reschedule I really wanted to sit around a camp fire and listen to Michael Bolton.
The cache is not any form of traditional cache container and is micro size. Attached to the cache is a small piece of fishing line that will lead you to a FTF coin and a traceable butterflies. I hope both of the items stay at Lake Bryan and continue to make Lake Bryan a great place to come camp and geocache.
