Isracacher: In the early days of geocaching in Israel, we supported one another. We would replace each other’s caches—especially those along hiking trails where maintenance was more difficult. These caches not only built community but also introduced geocachers to new trails.
Sadly, today the spirit has shifted. Some geocachers seem more eager to criticize than to help. I suppose that’s why my decision to step away from geocaching years ago still feels justified.
