The house mountain area is an area reserved for outdoor recreation so camping and hunting is allowed. That being said, be cautious during hunting season and wear bright colors. We have seen hunters both times we went up here during hunting season. Also the start of the trail is bordered by private property so please be respectful as you walk up to the saddle where the public land begins. Be sure to park in the area between the signs where the parking coordinates designate. Thanks and enjoy your hike!!
Cache is located in the saddle between Little House Mountain and Big House Mountain. Depending on the season this may be an easy find BUUUUT retrieving it may be a different story... You MUST sign the log in order to get credit for this cache. It may be helpful to bring a friend with you for this one because you will have to "monkey around" to get it. Replace cache as found, and make sure it is propperly secured. Caution is advised in getting to the cache and then again when removing it. Look before you leap. As always geocache at your own risk. Safety first, if you don't think you can do it don't attempt it. Just head on to the next awesome cache in the area!!!!
