Geocache Description:

On the MacQuarie River alongside some large tract of open land and a short distance from well kept playing fields, this is a very traditional, medium sized, plastic, screw lidded cache with a number of micro swaps and some badges to get the ball rolling.  Please replace with lid down so that white ring is not visible to muggles.

It's best to park at the way point to ensure you take the shortest route down to the cache.  The slope isn't too bad but the ground is uneven under longish grass. Please careful. No things and in summer time, make plenty of noise for our snake friends.   Perhaps there will soon be a geotrack.  This cache is one of an RV series I have put down to attract travellers and give them the option of staying overnight, or longer.  There is lots of room here for caravans and motr home. No facilities and no cost.  The cache should be flood safe except for the most sever flood conditions but, should it be wet, please take care on the dirt road, use a 4WD, or walk down from the playing fields.
