Please place back just as you found it. This spot is great because there is so much contrast in the land. This cache is placed in conjunction with the "It's A Wonderful (Caching) Life" Christmas party event.
This area has changed so much in the last 30 years. I bring my dog here to walk on occasion, though it is not our first choice of locations. My dog is a little jealous and many times we run into other owners here who refuse to use a leash. When they approach us my dog goes nuts. Of course everyone is nice about it and always collar their dog quickly, because the leash law in Richland applies to this park also.
