A park and grab in a (usually quiet) gravel dump.
GPS is not too reliable here - mine shows accuracy of 6m, and confidence of position averaging only gets to 45 %, so I have changed the hint to help.
The container is a nano so please BYO pencil, and make sure you close the lid properly so the log doesn't fall out.
This area is in the centre of a planned 3000 block housing estate, so enjoy the rural outlook while you can.
