The cache is located along the east side of the Feather River, a little south of Star Bend Boat Launch. Follow the directions below to find the cache. There is a stamp (and pad) in the container with which you can mark the log, or you can use a stamp of your own.
1. At the posted coordinates you will be on a road beginning with the letter "A", facing west...with a walnut orchard and some electrical boxes on your right.
2. Drive west a short distance...past a red octagonal sign, across FRB, and park in the gravel area a few yards east of the yellow gate.
3. Climb over/duck under the gate and walk up the ramp until coming to another yellow gate. Duck under it, and face north.
4. Walk NW down the levee berm until reaching the tallest tree along the river.
5. From this tall oak, hike north on the trail for 100 yards.
6. The cache is at/in the corner of a thicket, about 20 paces past an oak tree. Crawl in and retrieve the cache from within.
