Cache is a nano and can be found 24 hours a day.
There is no need to enter the park although the cache can be grabbed from inside or outside the park.
Congratulations to Kathy (datzme11) on her 1000th find. I think a good amount of them were found when she cached with me and LegInfantry.
In addition to being a caching partner Kathy helps out with the NYC Geocaching group and was one of the organizers of the very successful Ghouly get together event.
