The difficulty is set high because even though the coordinates have been averaged a couple of times with an Etrex 30 the signal bounces because of the steep slope.
Bend Manor Park is a small park along the Mimico Creek in a quiet residential area. The cache is hidden well out of sight of the neighbours.
I recommend parking on Reid Manor. If you park on Kirk Bradden, which is nearer to the cache, it becomes a T4 getting down and back up the steep, slippery slope.
The Royal York #76 bus from the Bloor Subway stops nearby.
