Even More Signs Mystery Cache

In honor of sant74, for giving us not only the opportunity to partake in his 31 Day Puzzle Challenge, but also for putting out a few puzzles to help us along.

While working on "Signs" and "More Signs," I was inspired to take it up a notch and repay evil for evil, so here are more signs than you'll ever hope to see on your quiet Sunday drive.  The cache is NOT at the posted coords, figure out the puzzle to claim your find.

A permanent marker is recommended for signing in.
