By the Light of the Muggles Traditional Cache

This is a small park and grab. Should be an easy find, but may be difficult to be stealthy. Please use your best judgement.

This cache was hidden for all to enjoy. The last foot is not handicap friendly. The title of the cache should give a pretty good clue to where the cache is hidden. If the cache is missing please log a DNF so I can check on it, as it is in a potentially high muggle area.
