In my old life I was on a Fire Brigade in a Nuclear Power plant. One thing we were retrained on each year was Christmas tree fires. They are fast and deadly. Keep trees watered and check your lights. Don't put on a string with missing or burned out bulbs, this can become a hot spot on a real or fake tree. Many, many things can go wrong so be careful.
