USHIGOME-KAGURAZAKA STA. Traditional Cache

This cache was hidden near Ushigome-Kagurazaka Station.
This station is near Benten slope and Sodesuri slope.

"Benten slope(Benten zaka)"
This name comes from Bentendou in the Nanzouin temple.
It has been burnt in war now.

"Sodesuri slope(Sode suri zaka)"
This name comes from Kimono-sleeves.
This slope is very narrow between high wall and fence. People passed each other with their sleeves touching.

キャッシュは牛込神楽坂の駅の近くに隠しました。

牛込神楽坂駅の近くには弁天坂と袖摺坂があります。
弁天坂は、近くの南蔵院というお寺に弁天堂があったことからつけられたようです。現在は、戦争で焼けてしまってありません。
袖摺坂は、両脇が高台と垣根の狭い坂道で、すれ違う人がお互いの袖を摺り合わしたことからつけられたようです。
