For most Al Ain vistors Jebel Hafeet is the end of the country and no one really ventures out to the other side of the mountain. Now you have a reason :) Date farms, Camel stable and Goat pens litter the route and plenty of Omanis selling honey from the back of their 'Bu Shanabs' or 70's Landcruiser named so for its moustache like bumper. Amazed at how many 'Bidfuds' aka Bedfords I have seen here as well.
