This is an extremely quick park and grab. Despite the appearance no tools required. The cache is located in a parking lot, the terrain is leveled though a step up may be required.

Daylight savings time makes it near impossible to safely locate caches after dark. Because of this I began thinking there should be more caches assessable at night. This location came to mind. Considering my issue with findable caches at night time…that should give you some insight as to where this cache is hidden.
